Who we are
The Maryam Najafian Foundation was set up in 2015 in memory of a special young woman who was loved dearly by so many. Maryam Najafian was a beloved daughter, sister, and primary school teacher who devoted her life to improving children’s lives.
We are so grateful for the support that the foundation has received to date. Through the generosity of our donors, the Maryam Najafian Foundation has been involved in enhancing the lives of children across the globe.
What we do
We work to help children across the world through the advancement of education and relief of poverty. Our primary purpose is to provide support for children most in need to attend school and help to break the cycle of poverty.
We are currently involved in ongoing projects in Nepal and Chad.
For Maryam
Maryam continues to be loved dearly by family and friends. We work to continue Maryam’s legacy of compassion so that she may live on through these acts of kindness.
All of the lives that the foundation has touched is just a drop in the ocean of what Maryam would have achieved if she was still with us. We hope to continue to make her proud.
